Plot

The Train to Life is a documentary film about real stories of ordinary railway workers who, from the early days of the full-scale invasion, saved the lives of millions of Ukrainians, sometimes at the cost of their own lives. Under fire, they made artificial elevation of wagons to prevent the enemy from besieging the capital of Ukraine, carried out an operation to prevent a technological disaster, and continued to manage train traffic at a time when the glass on the railway station windows was being sewn up by enemy bullets... In the film, former Prime Minister of Great Britain Boris Johnson, Hollywood actor and UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Orlando Bloom, famous footballer and United24 Ambassador Andriy Shevchenko share their impressions of Ukrainian railway workers. The Train to Life is a story of struggle, dedication and heroism of Ukrainian railway workers, which the world has yet to see.
