Plot

Adaptation of the eponymous best-selling children's book by author and winner of numerous literary awards, Michael Morpurgo. It tells the story of a boy who is taken on a round-the-world journey by his family. When a storm hits, Michael and his beloved dog Stella are washed overboard. Together they end up on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean, where they try to adapt to living on their own. But soon the boy realizes that someone is watching over him on the island and helping him to stay alive.
