The power outages did not pass by our cinemas either.

However, our superheroes (the cinema staff) are doing everything possible to resume the screenings as soon as possible.

Before your movie visit, you can check if there is currently electricity in your cinema.

Multiplex cinemas operate on generators, so you can plan your visit to us without worrying!

When the power goes out, we need up to 10 minutes to switch to generator power, after which the screening will be resumed.

You can use the break to replenish your supply of crispy popcorn.

If the screening still cannot be resumed, we will give you tickets to an equivalent screening.

Online orders will be refunded automatically. You will receive promo codes for your next cinema visit by email to the specified address.

Tickets purchased in the cinema box office can be exchanged directly at the cinema box office within 14 days. It is important to have your receipt and ticket with you.

 If the screening has not yet taken place and unfortunately cannot take place, we will send you a notification in advance to your contact number and send promo codes for your next cinema visit. 

The promo codes are valid for 6 months.

Unfortunately, in addition to power outages, we often hear sirens.

But...

In case of an air raid warning, the cinema suspends current screenings and evacuates guests and staff from the cinema to the nearest shelter.

If the air raid warning lasts less than 20 minutes, the screening will be resumed. If the air raid warning lasts more than 20 minutes, the screening will not be resumed.

The exception is the city of Lutsk, RC “Promin” - the screening will be resumed if the warning lasts less than 30 minutes, if the air raid warning lasts more than 30 minutes, the screening will not be resumed.

Tickets purchased offline can be exchanged at the cinema box office immediately after the end of the air raid warning or within 14 days.

If you bought a ticket online, you will automatically receive promo codes for your next cinema visit (for the quantity and category of seats that were in your order) to the email address specified during registration.
