Which movies can the certificate be used for?

Certificates are valid for any movies except 

— screenings of alternative content (theater, opera, ballet, concerts).

In which cinemas can I use the certificate?

Certificates are only valid in the cinema at TSUM shopping mall in Kyiv. 

Certificate validity period

New Year Certificates are valid until February 20, 2026, inclusive. 

What does the certificate look like?

After purchasing, expect an email; the certificate for 2 tickets will arrive in the form of a code.

We know you’ll do great without us, but just in case, we’ve added a small instruction.

How to book a ticket using the certificate online:

— select a movie and seat in the hall;

— enter the certificate code during online purchase in the "Promo Code" field and click the checkmark to apply it;

— if you have multiple tickets in your booking, enter the same certificate code in the "Promo Code" field for the other tickets. 

How to book a ticket using the certificate at the cinema cashier:

— select a movie and seat in the hall;

— provide the certificate number to the cashier or simply show it to them. 

Please note that the possibility of returning tickets booked using a certificate is not available (!). 

During an air raid alert, activated promo codes will be automatically reactivated, and you’ll be able to use them again.
